The Board Minutes will be uploaded to the website after they have been ratified at the next Board Meeting, so for example, the December 2022 Meeting was ratified at the February 2023 meeting and so will be loaded hence. Within the Board Minutes there may be Sections where the Board has gone ‘into Committee’; this means confidential information has been shared.
